Deliveries
We hope to deliver a little bit faster than Bertie but couldn't resist the opportunity to show the magnificent
sight of Bertie Bassett on one of his last flights.
We aim to despatch items within two business days of receiving cleared payment and we normally use the
Royal Mail service as advertised against each specific item. As an example items ordered and paid
for by 18:00 Monday will be posted no later than Wednesday but items ordered and paid for by 18:00 Thursday
will be posted no later than Monday.
In practice we normally manage to despatch items ordered by 18:00 in the following days post, with items ordered
on Saturday despatched Monday.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are happy to accept returns, however we would ask that
you observe the following. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused
within 14 days of the sold date, and we ask that you email us before returning the item clearly stating the
reason for the return.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend that
you use a delivery service that has a tracking facility and insures the value of the goods.
Refunds issued will not include the original or return postage cost and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
unless the goods prove to be faulty.
